Glass Ceiling is a dark compelling drama set in the financial quarter of London that follows 50-year-old Tammy, a career focused woman, as she overcomes the disadvantages of her childhood growing up in the Yorkshire town of Rotherham and, against the odds, proves her detractors wrong as she fulfils her lifelong ambition to take a seat on the board of a FTSE 100 company. But as she bats aside the hurdles of entrenched misogyny and tokensim in the corporate world, she is not prepared for the sinister revelations of corruption linked to the devastating betrayal by her lifelong friend as their deadly actions from their teenage years lead to a standoff where, unsuspectingly, a life is taken.
